Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

During periods of high demand, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated delivery times:

United States 5–10 business days
Canada 7–14 business days
International 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control may occur.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.


International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees imposed by their local government.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking information provided.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier for additional details.
  3. Contact us at support@strapsmith.store.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and assist in resolving the issue.


Delivered but Missing Packages

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.
  • Contact the carrier directly.
  • Notify us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

We will do our best to assist with the investigation.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
